I believe they have applications on line and some stores have an "Employment Computer" available. I have seen them in the larger stores. Also, if you want to show your potential employer some "spunk" don't be afraid to train for an Asst. Manager and apply for it. Employers look forward to interviewing people not afraid to dare to be serious about an advancement training right out of the gates. Good luck.
