Been out of the field for a few years and looking to get back into management. Looking for a chance to be able to use my many years of experience. Ran my own Arby's in Ohio for 9 months and they would not promote me to a GM, my title was First Assistant Manager In Charge. I turned the store around, cleaned it up got the store to pass it's corporate inspection for the first time in 2 years. They kept giving me goals that I would have to surpass in order to be promoted to General Manager, each time I would accomplish that goal they would give me another goal to accomplish before making me a GM. Each time I achieved that goal I would have one more goal, until I said put me in a store that needed a First Assistant. Looking for something in the Interlachen Area if anyone knows a good place to manage for I would really appreciate it.
