Keep The Faith
I read this blog with great interest and enjoy hearing all the stories, good, bad, and ugly. In this very competitive world its great to see the success stories and very educational to see the struggles whether they be apparent discrimination in promotions or layoffs or struggles many of us encounter when reentering the work force or changing careers. I am a long time business man that likes to fly below the radar in my companies to identify problems and ensure fair treatment of my employees. I love people they are by far our most valuable asset in any company and in this country as a whole. What works is quite simple but sometimes quite hard. Treat others as you wish to be treated and always seek to provide a clear path upward in any organization. Build solid support from the ground up and include folks in the day to day decisions. A solid trust between all players in any organization ensure an unbeatable team.
