Age discrimination

I'm 56 years old, years of work experience and a college degree, it doesn't seem to matter, I get paid the lowest amount of money.

It's a busines you sign up for on agency and they sell your information. Most are duplicates and old and fake . My best has been with Craigslist and indeed.

CorpoRATe America can kiss my 53 year old butt. Guess it's ok though that 7 out 10 people between 17 and 24 don't qualify for military service due to obesity, drug use and criminal activity. What a society

For sure this happens a lot , I went to Automate time School and I known dealershipa don't hire older people because they don't want to waist money on them for training . Plus my instructor was a hiring manager and he said I would not probably be hired

I too am very frustrated. I am a 56 year old man, very youthful and active. I can't even get an interview with 24 years experience in the field I keep applying for. The companies like Ball aerospace, Lockheed Martin, and all the rest of the liars that claim no discrimination keep asking what year I graduated high school. If I have a Bachelor degree, what the hell do you care when I graduated high school except, it is a work around to asking my age. I sent out 40 resumes and have had 0 interviews. I only had 3 jobs in 25 years. I am dedicated and only lost my job due to the position being removed from the company. This is bull shit, you should never be punished for having experience.
