You have the right not to sign, but it depends on what company you work for. You would have to go though your chain of command. so if your manager is doing what you claim then go to your boss, if he doesn't take action to help you go to hi /her boss and so on

If it is valid evaluation it has to be anonymous. Fill out the evaluation and give to HR.

I think it isn't a harassment. Because some people are from different countries to come here find the job. who make mistake as first time you going to a English school. But you don't talk English.

The consideration of harassment will be determined not by the actions taken against you but by the actions taken against you in direct comparison to actions taken against other employees in similar/comparable situations. A determination must be made that you were treated differently than others in same position with same job description etc in this case...document all issues and talk to human resources about your concerns. I hope it works out well for you, but i would not want to work in that environment so i would suggest job hunting discreetly.

Yes Sean it sounds like harassment but I don't think you'll be able to prove it that's the problem.

If you really feel that it is harassment me personal I would have a log of all the incidents that is brought up against me

One more thing...It sounds like you felt stuck between a rock and a hard place. Would you have had negative things to say about the company if you were being honest? Was the questionnaire anonymous?
