How much selling are Wells Fargo Tellers responsible for?
I heard the bank Tellers are required to sell a certain number of retail banking product, like new checking accounts, every month or they get written up.

The dynamic of the job duties for teller and service reps has changed enormously over they years because of online banking and other tech improvements. Teller can help to supplement their income with commissions off new checking accounts and credit cards but it's annoying for the customers.

Every time I go into the bank the same teller asks me if I want a bank credit card. I tell her I already have one but she continues to ask me anyway.
