I've put in for jobs based on my titles but no one is calling me. I feel because I'm a black American in Mississippi these employers just want to hire whites to get ahead. There are jobs in Mississippi that's just have all whites working.They l u know that they don't want no blacks. And Percy bland is doing nothing about it .He's scared.
