So I applied for wendys in clarksville arkansas for every position avalable and was told I was qualified lol I have been general manager for 5 years and a cook for 10 plus years I've worked every position in every resturaunt I worked for I've food and safety couse we can and serve safe I've been trainer at every resturaunt I've worked for I can can cook breakfast and dinner without complaints they gave the job I'm sure to somebody with slim to none experience compare to me I am baffled somebody help me understand this nonsense wow

...believe It or Not---you may be Overqualified....it seems Ridiculous, but with ALL that experience---they are Afraid you'll be fightin' & tellin' them what & how to do their job, constantly...Plus, once you sniff out a Better paying position ( more your Style ), they're afraid you'll Hop, Skip, & Jump your way Outta there---PRONTO....then they are stuck, back to Square One trying to fill de Position....Who really Knows---you know??....maybe the hiring manager has a thing against people who wore Red shirts, that day...but if you believe & Trust in God, then everything Happens for a Reason...rest assured, if Jesus has your Back---and you put God FIRST in your heart & mind...He'll make your Cup runneth Over---with an even Better job...so, don't take things so Hard...just keep pluggin' & Praying...shake your fist to the God Family, if you want---just remember They Loved you ( First )....1 JOHN 4 : 19....
