I actually currently work for Dollar Tree in California out of the Sacramento County area and I would have to say that although the previous advice is certainly good; the location that I work for has the most trouble finding quality employees that are available to work anytime, for any shift on any given day the store is opened ...
Applicants that show this type of initial flexibility & teamwork ability will likely be hired sooner. Especially with the changing and seasonal needs of a retail store -- flexibility is definitely key and highly valued.
