Skills for Rhode Island's Future is recruiting candidates for the Northern Rhode Island Career Academy's Call Center and Banking training program!

This is a free, paid 10-week training for individuals interested customer service industries. Sales, Customer Service Essentials, Call Center Basics and Job Readiness (Soft Skills, Resume Writing and more!) will be covered by this training. Successful graduates will receive specialized certificates from CCRI and Roger Williams University and be ready for employment in customer service, sales, banking and other exciting roles! Participants will also earn a stipend of up to $1,000 upon program completion.
