Cash paying jobs
Does anyone know where I can find full time or part time jobs that pay cash in Arvada, Golden, Wheatridge, Broomfield area in Colorado. I had to go on family medical leave from my job and I'm not allowed to work for another company while on family medical leave. But need the extra money to pay medical bills. Any & all suggestions appreciated Nicole
Are you allowed to work under the table on family medical leave? Make sure this doesn't jeopardize you in any way. Cash jobs are still subject to taxes and should be reported to the IRS. If you make $400 or more it is subject to self employment and taxes should be reported to the IRS. If you are paid in cash, obviously, it is very hard to track but it doesn't guarantee that no one will find out. It is always best to be honest. If you can work for a family, such as babysitting, cutting grass etc. just be sure to report it on your taxes, then you cannot get into trouble if you are audited. Some people who pay you, such as babysitters, grounds keeping etc. may put this on their tax form which can be a trigger.
Hi Nettie: Unfortunately, it can be tough to find work that pays only cash, as technically it's illegal to have another job while you're on family medical leave. When are you expecting to go back to work? In the meantime, I would suggest picking up odd jobs around your neighborhood. That's probably the best way to make a little extra cash.
If you have means of transportation, you should be able to find a nice drug mule, sensual massage or "escort" job on East Colfax or in Saudi Aurora. Just take some pics and post an add on Backpage. Or, if you look illegal, you can probably hang at Home Depot and find a day-laborer gig.
