This was a few years back that I was working for a Company Called Tiger Market But I was working 2 jobs in which I was on time to both jobs everyday. I had no car so I'd walked from my 3rd Shift to my next job with minutes to spare but I was exhausted so I decided since it was a different location right next to my 1st job so I asked my manager to transfer to the location near my other she was fine with it and deliberated about it with the other store manager and he said he needed more employees. Between the transfer I was off the schedule at the other store and was told to speak with my new manager and so I did EACH AND EVERYDAY, Either he was busy or gone and while he was there he'd always tell me to come back tomorrow so I did but one day i didn't come back or call I figured I was bothering him so the day after that I went into the store and he told me "You were on schedule last night so you're a no call no show". He never contacted me about coming in I felt like he was giving me the run around just to watch me fail but in the state of Tennessee I heard that a manager or supervisor can fire someone without a reason I'm not sure how true that is but I felt I did everything I was asked and still lost my job.
