Should i keep my job?
During the last few months, I have had a couple problems with coworkers. One they (3) have complained about me to management about the way I did my job. Mind you these 3 people are new to the job. Management came to me with a comment of "You are the most hated person". These three have been after me because I tried to help and all they have done is disrespect me. Now one of them was in the HR office when the HR personnel was talking to me. Yesterday the personnel person came to me while I was working with customers and made the statement "What we discuss in my office is confidential and if I hear about you saying anything again you will be coached on confidentiality." As they walked away I was amazed because I hadn't said anything and if it was confidential why did she have another person in the room while discussing it with me? I am so confused and disappointed in my work environment. I have been looking for another job. But the question is should I keep this one with what's going on? I figure those three will not be happy until I am fired and I have a feeling it was them trying to get me terminated because the third person that was in HR that day was one of them. What would you do?

Going through same thing. Bunch of snitches at my job like they litteraly cut my hours 2 year there but I just got another job hate working with women bunch of gossippers and smile In your face. People are very hiprocritical like find something and stay just to fuck with them that's what I'm doing yes most definitely! Go girl

Nobody likes a good boss. You remember that

Pray for all of them...the devil is busy...I just experienced a similar incident the other day...my hours were cut to 5 hrs for the next week...things that make you go huuum????

You better not quit until you find something. Just smile leave on good terms. Don't burn bridges.

I worked at a resteraunt job for 22 1/2 years.I been having problems with a snot nose 2 face waitress who thinks she is better than everyone else,,,, well she's not.,She is violent, full of racism, hatred & discontent.Well,1 day she complained to the boss about another co worker about that coworker shouldn't wait on tables as a waitress,, do you know what the boss day to her ? He said "" If you can't be nice to her,you can get the HELL OUT OF HERE & GO HOME OR WORK HERE & DO YOUR JOB"",,,,You know what the co worker racist 2 face worker said next ? She say "I'LL QUIT & GO HOME",__THEN I SAY " YES,THANK YOU DO MUCH,GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE'',,L0L. HaHa

I would not quit..not now. Lock them out . What is meant by this is...rise above the negative.continue to do your job, do not give into what you already know is the problem, focus on your duties and get that check. Do not give them the satifaction of knowing it may be bothering you.when you are called upon in confidence then be certain on every level that persons inthat room has a reason to be there. Never beafraid of a challenge when it is a situation of your livelt hood. Know your rights before ypu take a meeting with any person on an authoritive level (union) if needed or company contracted. Odds could most likely be againt you if not accompanied by a Rep. Good Luck

Keep my job unable i get other one

Stay there as long as you can because they will probably fire you eventially. Collect unemployment and during that time look for a better job.

Explain to the newbies that the company has a way (your way) of doing the work, and it's different than what they learned at DayCare U. If you are the most hated person, if they call you a bitch; then they want bitch. So give them the bitch! Snow White may have been a sweet nature-loving princess, but she was not queen material. The Queen is a living bitch goddess; live up to it. Don't help them; those who don't want swim lessons can drown in the sea of reality. The HR representative was unprofessional for bringing up internal dirty laundry in front of customers. Completely sixth-grade mean girl! Sure, you can look for work elsewhere... but you'll just find workplaces full of petty candyass millennials. It's unavoidable. Baby boomers are vanishing, and that's after years of playing King of the Hill with us Gen-Xers for the last 35 years. More of us command the hill now, so it's only natural that millennials try to bring us down. Take a stand. Be the best at your specialty. Apply for a supervisory position; and rule like a scorching sun goddess.
