I would say don’t he has a silver tongue at making things sound good,is a good guy at making you think things are good place is good good place to work for. If you’re good at paying attention you will see that he is a big walking contradiction and you will be the one getting in trouble sometimes sooner sometimes later or way later it all comes back to you most of the time, if you can keep your mouth and opinions to yourself and are OK with watching other people do less work for more money and get raises or pay other people more than I do you. Example working there for years for one pay then they hire somebody else just storing for more than what they pay you when you confront them you get an excuse.
