What are Full-Time Hours!
I thought full-time jobs accounted for 40 hrs but some companies list 32 hrs. How do companies determine full-time employment. Should I be asking about this at the interview?

I don’t think there are any federal labor laws that require employers to adhere to a specific amount of hours to be FT or PT. The typical standard FT hours are 40 p/week or 8 p/day. Some employers offer 32 hours as FT but OT pay only after 40 and some may schedule a 45 hr week with the expected hour lunch. I would definitely ask about this during the interview to avoid being surprised when you get your schedule and paycheck.

Anthony is right - there's no regulation around what 'full-time' means. Definitely ask about hours during the interview, including number of hours per week, which hours the position needs to fill (9 am - 5 pm? 7pm - 3am?), and ask about whether you'll receive benefits. (The company can decide whether or not to offer benefits - being full time doesn't always mean they are available.)
Good luck & let us know if you have any other questions. :)
