Supervisor at Usps
Report
To prep for an interview you should always...
The USPS is not a job for everyone. Many times, it’s long hours, weekends and holidays. Be prepared to miss family functions and be tired all the time. Lots of shift work if you are applying at a plant. BUT the pay is hood, and the benefits are excellent. I retired with 29 1/2 years of service at age 61 and I am able to live nicely on my pension. Coworkers can be great but management can be a real pain. Good luck

Hi Connie Mitchell - thank you for sharing your experience and advice with the community. Nearly 30 years at USPS is no joke, and you're an expert on working for them.
Do you have any advice for someone who is just trying to start out there? What kind of person would excel?
