Well a few days ago I heard that Toys R Us is closing all its stores. I'll be jobless soon which is really scary. But I think I'm more sad that Toys R Us will never exist again! I remember when I was younger I used to go there every Saturday with my grandma.. and it was like I was in a fantasy world running through all the aisles of so many toys. Everytime I wanted to buy a game I remember I had to take a paper slip to the counter...it was like a ritual. Is anybody else sad about Toys R Us closing? Man I had so many good memories there.

I have no good memories of toys r us. Always over priced so my family could never afford anything from there. Even when working there, the pay was horrible as was the way the employees were treated.

All the future customers were aborted. This is not shocking but true.

Here here. Toys r us and the paper

Jobs are not hard to get the problem is keeping it you seem very smart finding another job will be easy for you something we must let go of case and point nothing last for ever

Unbelievable and sad they are all closing

I read that they were only closing 1/3 of the stores but, after research I think the closings are due to mismanagement of the stores. I, for one, wouldn't take any chances even if my store isn't closing not when some of the warehouses are hiring like Amazon and Chewy and the pay and benefits might be better.

Toys R Us is the best store for kids eat in the world is going on.

Unbelievable
I will miss what Toys R Us represented to me. Even when I became an adult and took my own children there the possibilities for play seemed endless and beautiful. This was the space where new ideas began, percolating from cross-pollination and genre-bending. That they got saddled with debt and expected to swim beneath enormous weight is terribly unjust.
