Depends on job usually banks & collections any financial institution look to see if you're trustworthy by paying things back I like to use staffing companies they seem more forgiving. I'm in the same boat.

But what gives them the right to pry into your life if it's as high security type job or searching to see if you're a predator around kids is different but to work fast food or push freaking carts why?

Its involve to most of the higher post job category who deals in financial management and accounting system and all employee's mind are not set for licking the company budgets they are isolated form cash handling so all employee feeling's are not same..

There is an old saying, if one cant be responsible with their money then they cant handle every day responsibilities such as a job.

Theirs an application called the federal bonding program that ensures potential employers of their safety for their company and if you present this application to them, they will more than likely give you a job. They just want to ensure that they are protected and even though it sounds idiotic, it's a formality that helps them sleep at night, but you haven't done anything wrong though.

I'm not sure the same thing happens to me all the time.Also I don't understand why they want you to go to school.When they do call however they get 3questions out and they hang up. It appears to be automated ,which means it's a thing in the future.Right now we are practicing like for the future.Hang in there do not give up I get depressed sometimes as well,for the most part I'm always happy and smiling.
