Target is a very bad place to work. The process from the external company took over 6 weeks to complete. Each step was unprepared, unprofessional, phone lines were down, computer programs didn't work properly and i even needed a drug test! Then there is an external reference that has to get drilled by Target to get you the job. My reference was so angry with me for the time that she had to invest into this. It wasn't a few minutes. It took days of their automated service being out of service. What? After 6 weeks I was so disappointed and had no respect for Target or its affiliates. My suggestion..don't bother.
