Fired 3 times no write ups they trying #4.
I was fired 3 times. I had no discipline write ups not even for being late. Now they trying to fire me for something that my lead man did while I was on break. The company have video footage of the whole thing and I got suspended. Today after being off work for three weeks they are calling me back to finish the firing process.

Obviously there were other underlying incidents that led up to your termination. You may not have been written up but supervisors will log things in the back of their mind. It is best when someone is new or when someone is concerned about keeping their job they should routinely check with their Superior and ask is there anything that you would like me to do before I leave or that I could have done better? Start with yourself first, and stay on top of your boss's approval rating. If your employer has many employees he often does not have time for $0.10 problems, and you will not waste a dime waiting on a dollar. That's what you get paid for. There seems to be a lot missing from your write up. Like what does the fired three times mean? Fired three times from this current establishment? You also mention they have video footage of an event that they are going to fire you for. Please give more detail please.
