looking for top pay? help lol (already employed)

Finding a job for me isn't hard, once my foot is in the door I always seem to rise up the foodchain. Here's my issue, how do I find a job that pays out huge, I actually like, and without getting a degree. I am very busy with raising soon to be three kids. Pencil pushing or hard labor I excell in both yet I am never satisfied. I'm not greedy just bored. I guess my question is what type of job pays out top shelf, doesn't require a degree and will challenge myself in ways that would tear a normal persons mind and body apart? Look forward to a real reply, thank you.

Jimmie, you have lofty goals for for a man to busy to get a better education. The way to the top is through education, the degree is not the goal, the knowledge is the key. Bill Gates did not get a degree from Harvard, but he did learn 2 things, Code and Business, he seemed kind of successful. If you are at a Company and want to advance up the ranks of the Company you need to get a better education, even if you are a hard worker. Because you can rise only so high with out the business education. If you are not challenged at work take some night courses or online courses, that will challenge you. Only those born with into wealth, have a step up, the rest of us have to work hard for it. LOL

Marketing, seo, ppc, cro, content development - all of those things are in high demand and require no degree. Hell I don't even think degrees exist in any of those fields (yet). I know because I've spent the past 10 years learning these skills and it's paid off. I'm now the founding partner of a growing online marketing firm.

Be a modern don draper. That's what I call myself.

If you are organized how about a job as coordinator you may not get top dollar but realistically you could your way up.

Anyone that can offer the correct formula to your question Jimmie should receive a Nobel Prize!! Find a top paying, challenging job, with no degree required. Honestly, I think that's a great goal to shoot for especially of you have a good work habit. Sales jobs is one way to go but owning your own business is the ultimate challenge if you worried about being bored.

If you like sales and are good at it, try insurance (like those that sell medicare gap insurance and such) or financial services. They usually pay for training and licensing and If your good the pay is excellent. Real estate is a distant third, I only say that because the housing market is finicky but insurance and financial products never seem to suffer as much.
