I loved my job, coworkers were awesome. Since the beginning of the year, long term, older employees, therefore higher paid because of length of employment, were made to feel inadequate, not because their work ethic wasn't up to par, but because company wanted to save labor and what best to do but get rid of higher paid employees, eligible for vacation pay, benefits, etc. When a GM lies about policies, or for that matter lies, they can no longer be trusted to keep employees best interest in mind. I deemed it best, for my personal well being, to end my employment there. It was not an easy decision to make, but I'm very thankful I did.
