Having been at my last job for fifteen years, I was extremely nervous to participate in an interview again. However, I felt comfortable when I was told what the expectations of me would be. I do not like to guess if I would be a "good fit" I want to know I will be. I felt confident that my work experiences and educational knowledge would provide me with the abilities to be a great asset to my future employer.
