Hi everyone!

I need some advice. I've worked with my new company for 2 weeks now. However, I've only sat with my supervisor for 4 hours, all of which he said nothing. I have no information regarding the company or what I could be doing because I have no access to anything. Additionally, I worked 1 week before payroll was due and processed, but wasn't informed until I asked on pay day that I would have to work 3 weeks before I would actually get paid. I've been given a computer and I supervise one other person, but have no access to send his new hire paperwork to HR....I feel like I want to leave already for lack of proper on boarding/orientation and for my boss being so inaccessible. What should I do?
