I was shoved by a co-worker while trying to question his progress on a job he was assigned by me the lead mechanic.He felt he did not have to explain to me his progress or lack there of.Management was advised of the incident immediately and it was stated that I needed to file a report.I did not because this could be a discharge offense to the person and I did not want his job.I wanted to hear from management that he had been reprimanded and told of the severity of his deed and it will not be accepted.This did not take place.I was bullied for trying to get workers to do their job in a timely manner repeatedly.I took those episodes to HR and nothing came of it.I was made to feel like I was the problem.Immediate supervisors and off shift supervisors repeatedly told me that I was doing a good job and the work load was being accomplished.
