Hi Scott. My son is a manager at GameStop the minimum age is 16. I do know in our area there are a ton of young adults that want to work there (Houston Texas). I would recommend completely the application then going into the store and introducing yourself. to the store manager they do the interviews and hire. I wish you the best Laura
