We ALL make mistakes. This guy "missed" a crack in a bridge and they fired him.

I remember 2 clear lessons I had learned from mistakes when I was working as a busboy. First, I had an 8 top that I was bringing bread and water to start their meal. I loaded up my up my tray with filled water glasses I started to place them on the table in front of the diners. The issue was I taking glasses of water closest to me to place on the table and after the 3rd glass the balance of the tray shifted and I spilled the entire rest of the tray on two guests. Lesson learned, always take glasses further away first off your tray. The second lesson I learned was the differences in doors to enter and exit the kitchen. I cleared a table and was headed back in the kitchen when I kicked the wrong door just as a server who was loaded up with hot meals was coming out. I heard a loud "BAM" dishes falling and breaking. Opening the door there was the server on the ground covered in meals. Lesson learned, always going in the right door and look in the window to make sure no one is coming out.

Giving up my passwords. After that, they locked me out of my own office for no reason at all, except to replace me.

I was a dental technician and I threw out a $15,000 bit they showed it to me they had called me I felt horrible. I was in charge of bite wings and the radiation photos and two people didn't get a bib I still have nightmares about that. But I didn't get fired they trained me to be a hygienist I didn't have a license I got to use a $15,000 bit, and lots of other shopping instruments, but they train me and let me do that with no license or anything. They even trade me to take care of billing it was called creative billing therefore I hated it because it's called stealing from insurance companies people taking money making it harder to get insurance for people with real problems for nothing That's why nobody pays for dental. Anyway I used to call only the nice people and then I would only charge the assholes it's fun. Then then I think you noticed I didn't like that part of the job so they had to do filing of course which I screwed that all up because I hated them and also I was taught to do accounts receivable I only call the people I liked to find out who I hated and then they only called the people I hated and the people I like never had to pay. One day I did the absolute unimaginable the worst thing I could possibly do I came into work in my normal uniform with my hair back no makeup standing at the place where we would place down the files and the teeth molds to bring into the offices and a really hot dentist that only came in a quarter time of my work day in a week walked up to me and said oh my god you're so beautiful where have you been all my life I was fired that afternoon.
