I am at a loss of what to do. My General manager was fired and later replaced by a lady , who at one time was the G. M. But was fired. The restraunt I work for had been going down hill, and one afternoon the kitchen was slkow, my guests were upset, and I was running out of apologies. I, on several occasions asked my G.m. to soak with them, but she never did leading me to be screamed at in front of an entire restraunt because their meal was not served, and although I was upset was respectful when I let my manager know what happened. On my days off my neice went to a interview and was told I was going to be fired because of my "emotional instability " . Long story short, I messaged my boss before going Tommy next scheduled shift and asked her about this and she said if I wanted to come later that evening ( after my scheduled shift) and talk about my " emotional instability " I was more than welcome. At that point felt like speaking to her was not a good idea and true to what I was told I was fired. I don't know what I can do but I know this is defimation of character among other things . I am a great server and excellent in customer service and now jobless. Any advice or avenues I may turn to to right this wrong?
