Never Trust anyone.
I was working in a Hospital, One of my co-worker she is about 50 years old. She ask me if I can work for her husband. Her husband provide the security for Latino Musical concert. I have my guard card and she told me that I'll be perfect candidate for her husband. I gave all of my docs and waiting for answer. She said couple of weeks ago that I have to give my 2 weeks notice because her husband has few concerts coming up. He need few guards. She aid that she will pay me in advance. It was my mistake I gave my 2 week notice from my full time job. Guess what she left the hospital after one week. I call her and she was not answering my call. She call me may be after one week. She said that she was in New York for some business purpose. I ask her about my job? She start laughing and hang up my call. I really respected her and she did it to me. I learnt my lesson in a hard way. But I wont change my personality. I won't be a negative regarding people.
if you gave you two weeks they maybe willing to rehire you because you left on "good terms".

Your co-workers will stab you in the back the fastest! It happened to me at 2 jobs. People I thought I could trust did it to me and other employees as well. They kissed the boss's ring so they didn't have to do any work and got rid of me because I did mine! I went to a lawyer and that was a waste of time! The EEOC doesn't give and SH** about it either. Employment at will and all of that BS.
Like you said your not going to change for any one. The only comment I have is that I did change but only for God ! I now surround myself with spiritual God loving people. Since doing that my entire life has only been a positive journey, I find that what I thought I needed was only me being selfish in life. I am much more forgiving of other peoples wrong doings and in return I have been forgiven of my own. I'm not trying to preach to you but just telling you a true fact . Most people in general are out for one thing themselves ! I was very selfish at one time too . I know have been truly blessed . Just having faith in the Lord that he will get me through each day one day at a time ! So in the future Don't ever put your trust in any man , Also never expect any thing in life from any relationship let that be with a friend or family member ! Zeeshan I hope I helped you in some kind of way . I have spoke in front of thousands of men and women helping them in there journey .
always check out the name of the band and make sure you know something about her personality people always tell you exactly what they are going to do to you before they do it to you and ask other employees about her trust me they would gladly give you the information on anybody no don't change your personality not at all but listen to your gut feeling about anyone it will never let you down. and please remember age has nothing to do with haters.peace be with you

Every modern 21st century state does the at-will employment thing. You can walk out any time you want. Don't perpetuate misery for these losers - they wouldn't know a good time if it sprayed all over their face in the back seat of a stolen station wagon.
