Volunteer at a soup kitchen or food pantry. This way u will have a foot in the door if a job opening becomes available.
If you can get a bed at a homeless shelter they sometimes have helpful staff members or k ow of places in the area who help people find jobs. In CT, there are drop in centers for resume help, job searching, ect. In MA, some mental health clinic offer temporary living which is staff with support specialist who help. I would try to contact a shelter or social services, speak to people at the library where you live and they should be able to provide you with many resources that will help you .
Go to your local dpss office for GR/ general relief ( if u dont have minor kids), medical, foodstamps and file as homeless ( u might not be eligible to file as homeless, but can still receive services) GR is cash aide too! Also, in California they grant some hotel vouchers. Ask for shelter resources too!
Try to see if your credits will transfer to capella university an online school. Thats if u r pursuing your bachelor's degree. Going to school online is too convenient! Doordash. Com/ Instacart. Com to deliver groceries if u have a car ( both), rover.com if u luv pets. Housekeeper. Com
