My worst customer service experience was today at Taco Bell! When I noticed people who came in after me were getting their food, I went to the counter and asked about my order. I was told that my food was given to a lady who ordered before I did SO THEY WALKED OVER TO HER TABLE TOOK MY FOOD OFF HER TRAY AND HANDED IT TO ME!!!!! I was mortified at even the idea that they expected me to eat it after it was already served to someone else!!!

Hi Karissa Sawyer , any situation that involves an irate or severely angry customer are my most challenging scenarios. It took me some time but I eventually developed the skills to manage these instances with ease. Great Question!
