There are likely "Forgot Password" or a hotline to call if you have technical difficulties. Happens all the time. Just below the username and password boxes are usually hyperlinks asking you if you forgot your username/password. If not, scroll to the bottom of the page and there should be a cluster of links. Look for things like Contact, Help Line, Technical Help.
