How does Wendy's treat their employees?
Wendy's as company is a great establishment. The area you work in is the issue. Meaning the individuals with non respectful mindsets. That's the only issue I've encountered working at Wendy's. So, to clearly answer your question. The only issue would be coworkers at your store. Not the establishment itself. I like Wendy's. Give it a try and good luck.

Wendys Is very flexable when it comes to scheduling. I have worked at my store before and when I lost my job back in November my who use to be gm who is now district was willing to hire me back. Employees are employees and management is management. The company doesnt give raises so I wouldn't consider wendys for full time the pay isn't there if you have bills but def easy to learn and easy job
When I worked for Wendy’s the GM was Julie Yelsa and she always went above and beyond for her employees! If someone needed the day off, go to a different position she always accommodated them and wouldn’t make her employees do something she wouldn’t do. The GM that pushed Julie out is Melissa Foster. Melissa, the manager is all about her family not yours and if you can’t work the weekends or nights you better believe you’ll be working them! Melissa doesn’t work nights or weekends so the store isn’t getting ran at 100%! If you need a job and you’re desperate rock bottom I’d say put in!
They have respect for the employees but they will make you do everything (not all managers) depending on which Wendy’s and some managers are messy but overall they are good
