Negative Employees

Remember negative employees push money out the door. These types of employees may try ruin other employees on the job. Some may have major psychological issues. Talk to a trusted person to debrief after a negative encounter. You may need to work with a professional to gain actual tools for on the job so that real bullying and sabotage do not bring you down to their level. No need to be intimidated. Practice firm boudaries with the negative people on the job as well in your personal lives.

Your so right Jamie! It's so easy to fall in with these groups of people at work. There's no possibility for solutions with this negative attitude.

Great advice, Jamie! Negative people are a part of everyday life, but if you ever encounter an abusive or bullying employee, it's important to seek out HR immediately. Your workplace should be for work - not for encountering these potentially illegal behaviors.
