Difficult situations?!
I would really love to hear your personal stories about the most difficult situation you have encountered in your job and how you dealt with it and what you took away from it. I'm really interested in learning form everyone's experiences so feel free to post anything helpful in the group!
This is very interesting. I think mine was when I started working as a CSP at my other job.I actually have an assent ,while some clients ruffled some take the advantage to know where I came from. But being a professional working with such a reputable organisation, I make sure I make all the clients happy in the end. They laugh and smile, especially those that ruffled became very nice and free with me. Funny enough, each time they call in or walk in, they prefer me to attend to their cases lols, . What I took away from it?, I quickly improved on my tongue due to the challenge of my assent. Thanks.
