Hello, everyone! I am a well-seasoned Customer Service Associate. I spent 11 years with FedEx Office with that title. The majority of my time was spent on printing and shipping, but I REALLY enjoyed working with the customers! Many customers "followed" me to get work done (I worked in 3 states with FedEx Office). That made me feel MORE than appreciated! met people from all over the country AND the world. I have literally assisted everyone and everything from A-Z, they were great experiences and I will NEVER forget them. Unfortunately, the stresses of a sick child (my only) took their toll and I was unable to return to my position. Currently, I sell comic books (my dream) but I NEED steady employment.
