Natalie came in because of Hector messing up with Illumina with Security breaches etc. She gave me no directions on how to better do my job. Made false promises of promotion just like Hector and then she got sick and put her responsibilities on me just as Hector had done She did not address our immediate needs when employees guilt because of Hector and I ended up working almost 75 hours in 7 days so my stress level was completely compromised and then she cam in shouting at me in front of two Illumina employees then when I responded she refused to hear me out about the situation I had handled for her which she should have handled, then had me fired.
