Bipolar

Are you required to report it? I'm currently on medication and if it gets too bad I will take FMLA for it but I don't want employers to single me out because of that. And we all know how some employers are.....

Actually, the companies get incentives for hiring people with disabilities. I don't talk about it, but I sure mark it on the application.

Hi Pam: That's definitely a personal decision that's up to you. Personally, I wouldn't report it at first; that's something you can reveal to your employer once you build up a level of trust.
