Yes. In fact, I'd suggest bringing a couple of copies. Sometimes they bring extra people in, have you talk to someone else (usually a good sign), or they forget to bring their copy to the interview. So it can be helpful to have some copies.

Yes, just in case. Sometimes they will bring yours to the interview but the format may not be as good as the one that you have. Mention it before you start.
