it's ironic that the companies that i have worked for that seem to really promote teamwork are the same companies where teamwork is least put in practice. i don't mind helping others but when i was working in these teamwork first places i never got any help and the management never seemed to care one way or the other . i still don't mind helping others but if i have a co-worker who i sense only socializes/associates with me to use me for their gain then my response is "i'll help you if you'll help me. " , which i have never had a taker . fortunately i am finally with a company that is void of uncaring supervisors and self centered employees..
