Growing tired of the contempt and treatment by Corporate america???
A few guys, myself included with over 150 combined years of business experience all lost our jobs recently. If you are not aware, things are real bad out there. 123 companies currently in chapter 11 or bankruptcy. The company i worked for laid me off after 8 years and 5 large promotions to an executive level. They still owe me over $5 k in earning, but refuse to pay because i didn't sign a document giving up my right to go after more money later. My legal team is working on that, we are suing them.
However, i keep reading these job sites and see so many people hurting. Like my friends and i. So we took my successful business and expanded it to help everyone. Our company has no CEO (the bain of all businesses, so overpaid, this is why companies are hurting), no real executives, just a few members on the board who make business decisions. We are a company built by employees for employees. Basically our people are their own bosses, they work when they want to, and make as much as they want. We have a guy making $200k a yr his first yr, and many at $100k, the average is $75k. What you make depends on the work you put in. This is no sales pitch, i want nothing from you. But our company will continue to grow with people like the ones i see here, people fed up, with our unique business structure, everyone is their own boss, and everyone makes 50% of the sales. With no upper management, it allows us to give back to those who deserve it. No worrying if you will have a job, no pressure, you make what you want to make. if you are happy with $50k a yr, great, if your a go getter like Steven who is hungry and want to make $200k a yr, that is a realistic possibility too.
One thing though, this is a must. We are people who care about people. That means the clients as well. Once you take on a client, you MUST give them the service we promise. We are quickly growing in the business world by doing what others do not, giving passion and caring for everyone involved with us, employees and clients.

I am a small business owner, looking for work. I've started this business last year, and not so much luck. Currently, I am out of work and bills are piling up left and right.
