Friends keep asking for a job...
I work at a REALLY awesome company. We hire a lot, so I try to tell my friends about new jobs whenever I can. Problem is I have a few friends who are super irresponsible - I'm talking they're always late, dress sloppy, can be rude. How do I tell them I don't want to recommend them for a job at my company? It's my name on the line, so if they mess up, my reputation is at stake.

Hi,my name is tom bertke i enjoyed ur comments as i just got layed off due to ,its slow as 2 new guys are comming in to fill my job,I didnt call in sick the day after new years,i got into a serious drivind accident with a bluddy side head injury with 15 stiches in the ear loab,I work at tireco for 6 to 8 months and showed up every day.I depended on this job for every thing,So i was beside mybself and still tell my self to relax as i know i will find a better,more hofher paying job soon.I was bullied wgile i was thete as a new guy hired his first 2 day said to me that he didnt like the way i was being treated he said to stand up for my self i said i am im still working there,
Why are you even friends with people like that? Sounds like you need to cut them loose
Can you be honest with your friends about why you don't want to recommend them?
Oooo that's a tough one. I would just lie and pretend like your company isn't hiring. You don't want to put your reputation on the line like that.
What company dod you work for? I just graduated with a mastets in counseling.
