I never like to pass on any job opportunity when I'm looking for a new job. In these cases as long as I know that it's a job I applied for or understand how that person got my contact information then I politely make a request for a meeting in person or that an email be sent to me detailing the all the job offer information. Some people understand they have a deep accent and don't take it personal but for a job it's not worth taking any risks. Can you call them back?
