Warehouse
I have filled out the application, went to the job page to select my shift. But I haven't been able to. I keep getting a message stating that there are no shifts available. But everywhere else that I look it says that Amazon is hiring immediately. Not sure what to do next. It's been ovee a week.

Yes im waiting on my starting date and the Address

I was told to be patient. I even had a one-day training setup but they canceled it. I keep trying every day but no go at this time. Not giving up since I know I will be an asset once I get on. Also, the place to do the training I never did find. One location seemed to be a vacate lot and the other was several homes. Wish they would let the meeting be at one of the actual warehouses. Just let you know Amazon, I don't give up.

I filled out an application they said I would start on January 26th then I said all shifts we're taking they would email me soon as something comes available it's been over a week

I worked 30 days and I am waiting for conversetion and the National City CA. Hasn't posted the jobs so I'm stuck waiting.

I did background check and drug screen. Also my interview but I'm still waiting for them to call. Looks like I'm not the only one. Is been almost 2 months since I applied

First time I tried to apply at Amazon through this system I was sent to a sketchy web page that looked like it had nothing to do with the job or Amazon. I've become wary of these "recruiter" sources. I find that a more direct approach gets quicker results. I applied at Whole Foods through their website and got an interview within 3 days. I didn't get the job, probably because of my gray hair, but at least I was contacted directly and interviewed.

They past peak season might be why

They may not be hiring in your area. or does it state they are hiring in your area?

Same thing ... If is it not availability why they post daily job.
I know you and everyone need a job but I don't recommend Amazon. They are taking advantage of people by taking away current agreed working hours and forcing them to comply to another shift. Just terrible.
