Just recently released from incarceration. Does anyone know of any good jobs in or around D.C. willing to give a guy a second chance and not hold his past against him?

Hi Tonio! You're definitely not alone as others here on Jobcase are struggling with this too! To get some support feel free to join this [group] (https://www.jobcase.com/groups/EFDAAB25684C498FB2AFCC626B1E30C4) here on Jobcase made just for ex-offenders.

There is also a fantastic resource specifically for ex-offenders you can find [here] (https://exoffenders.net/) that was created to help folks in your position learn about their options and provide the tools you need to re-enter the workforce.

Here is a list of companies that are commonly known for hiring ex-offenders (but not guaranteed) which you can find [here] (https://exoffenders.net/employment-jobs-for-felons/) as well as another [helpful site] (https://www.iseek.org/exoffenders/find-job/benefits-ex-offenders.html) that provides information about the benefits an employer will gain from hiring you.

Lastly, I did a quick search based on your experience and found these [Facility jobs] (https://www.jobcase.com/jobs/search?q=Facility&l=Washington%2C+D.C.&r=10&ex=1&group=company&sources%5B%5D=ALL) in your area. Feel free to apply to any that interest you.

We are thinking of you and wishing you the best!
