If a misdemeanor, research how to have it expunged. Working in certain fields ( caregiver, daycare, schools, group homes, etc...) Won't allow you to work with a felony or some misdemeanor backgrounds. There are organizations that you can Google that help with rehabilitation or employment assistance. Maybe you can work from home, convergys. Com. There are also temp agencies that hire felons.

There are none. If you have a charge in your past it will always show up. I just lost a job because I have a misd from 2002. The job asked if I had anything from the last 7 years.when I answered no they found my misd. And said I lied. The nonsense about only checking 7 years is sooooo very wrong
