The most of Companies I think worried when someone stay far in a different Country( the cost of flight or transport.) I say how much money the company spend for nothing. a good worker or Manager will bring back this money. I am looking for a job, and a Country where I can make a full success in my Employment, and for this I need a hot or warm Climate, For the age some Companies have to think: an older person will not change fast or never his Position. #careers
