people, calling the 800 number about benefits want get you anywhere. you need to contact your local or state senator or representative.

I have been waiting since June and nothing, I called the Governor and messaged my Congressman. Still, nothing. Sent another message to Dol today.

I have been filing since April 2020 have not received anything yet and I continue to do my weekly Certification it is really frustrating. I call everyday and I get no answer

You definitely do not have to call your state representative if you have to call your State Office of the Department of Labor. That's all if they can do it in New York they can do it anywhere in the country we've got more people here than anyplace. I got food stamps Healthcare a Subway card cash allowance and other benefits all really quickly and very easily but yes you have to make a few phone calls don't be lazy or you got nothing. And yes, the government will make mistakes and you will have to stay on top of it and correct their mistakes but if you want the money, you do the work.

I live in Augusta, Georgia & i filled out in June. They approved me since June 19, 2020. However, I still havent' recieved anything.
