Hi folks, if you've ever wanted to be a programmer (software engineer), even if you DON'T HAVE A PROGRAMMING BACKGROUND, you can learn through free sites like CodeAcademy, SkillCrush or KhanAcademy... or you can try a 'bootcamp' like Launch Academy or General Assembly. Bootcamps aren't cheap & require 10 weeks of in-class instruction, but grads have a very high placement rate. Just thought you'd like to know! Marijoy

I realized that I need to work on my HTML chops because I'm seeing more and more positions that want someone with some level of dev skills. This site is great. You start on the basics, watch a video (which is interactive) and then you work on an assignment to keep going. I'm now learning how to create CSS.
