I see alot of people complaining of discrimination.. and that they can't find jobs... alot of the reason could be how you carry yourself.. when you go into an interview speak professionally (use real words).. dress for success.. another thing.. when you put applications out.. they check ALL YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA... all these play a part in finding a job..
